Philly Cheesesteaksdon't get anymore authentic then this. We start with 12" hand made rolls which we have flown in fresh from Philly! Then we use fresh thinly sliced rib steak meat, not the pressed and formed patties commonly used around here, the real thing. Add fresh sliced grilled red onions, and your choice of cheeses, including provolone or wiz, and your in Philly heaven! Also try it made with sliced chicken breast.
